Plot twist, it’s actually great!

What a delightful surprise! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our stay even better. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave. After a long day, we truly enjoyed the complimentary snacks and iced cucumber water at the lobby. A perfect spot for comfort and relaxation!

A solid selection for a swift visit in Castle Rock with good value. The barista outside was really friendly and helpful, even when I had issues with expired snacks. Just make sure to check on snack options at the coffee stand before your stay.

The flooring in the guest rooms could use a complete overhaul!!! Some pet stains lingered, indicating inadequate cleaning practices. Additionally, the signage outside was confusing and did not effectively advertise the hotel’s unique offerings!!!

The property was freshly updated with a pleasant ambiance and clean, odor-free rooms. Appreciated the comfortable queen beds and unexpected amenities like complimentary water and snacks in the lobby. One downside was the stale smell in the hallways, which detracted from the overall experience. Limited parking availability could be a challenge during peak times.

I had a lovely two-night stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The pool was super refreshing and the cozy fire pit area was perfect for winding down in the evening. Just a heads-up, the TV sat a bit low, but it didn’t take away from my experience at all! 😊

During our stay with two babies, we found the rooms incredibly clean, and the new mattresses were a lifesaver for our comfort. The friendly vibe from the staff made us feel welcome, and we appreciated the easy check-in experience.

I was put in a room that smelled of dog pee! Cleaning didn't mask the smell after numerous visits. it's apparent that no proper care is taken in these pet-friendly rooms.

I had a great time during my stay, especially enjoying the comfy beds and the refreshing free snacks in the lobby, although the air conditioning was a bit too loud for my liking.

We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and the quaint coffee shops. The staff was super friendly and even let us check in early. Plus, the lobby's iced cucumber water and treats were a nice touch for our hot summer day.

One downside was the location. it’s not very convenient for those without a car. Exploring the area was a bit challenging for our group.

Barista saved the day

So, I had a rough start when I got to my room – it reeked of cigarette smoke and sewage. But the barista at the coffee stand welcomed me with a smile and her kindness turned my mood around! The cookies I got were expired, but she made sure I'd get a drink later instead. Just a heads-up, the parking is a bit cramped, though.

The King Room offered a spacious layout, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Clean, comfy bed ensured a good night's sleep, making the stay quite pleasant.

The Jacuzzi tub in the Suite Spa Bath left much to be desired. when the jets were turned on, black muck came out, which was a major letdown. The walls were thin, resulting in unwanted noise from the bathroom pipes, which led to a sleepless night. Although I requested an hour for checkout, it was denied, even though the hotel had low occupancy.

The property is extremely clean, and the new owners are delightful and invested in upgrades. I loved the nice mattresses and tasteful artwork during our stay.

The staff at Timberland Inn & Suites were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a TV, fridge, and microwave. The lobby provided complimentary cookies and fruit, which was a delightful surprise.

Parking could be a bit tight.
